At TBR Anonymous, we want your blind date with a book to feel like love at first read! However, we understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned.

✅ We Accept Returns If:

  • Your order arrives damaged or defective

  • You received the wrong item

  • You decide to return within 30 days of delivery and the item is unused and in its original condition

To start a return, please email us at info@tbranonymous.com within 14 days of receiving your order.

❌ We Cannot Accept Returns If:

  • You selected your own book (customized orders are final!)

  • You simply didn’t enjoy the book

  • You’ve already read it (we know it’s tempting to peek!)

  • The book doesn’t match your personal preferences—our mystery is part of the magic!

🔁 Return Details:

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

  • Items must be returned in full to be eligible for a full refund

  • Partial refunds may be issued if any components are missing (like bookmarks, tea sachets, stickers, etc.)
